This is a restoration project that we never got to. Now it can be your restoration project. It makes a single perforation line like an old style sheet of postage stamps. The wood top needs replacing, but the old one is there for a pattern. Pins seem to be interchangeable with our Rosback perforator. Table top guides for lining up paper stock are present. We are not sure of the brand on this - is says “Franklin” on the body of the casting.
