We’re back and in full swing again after the holiday break. Here’s a look at a print project on press yesterday for the Minnesota Rollergirls.

looks amazing! what’s your trick on getting the solids so solid?

We print with a cylinder press such as a Vandercook or Heidelberg KSBA when there is a larger graphic area to print. The typical platen press or “clamshell” style press doesn’t have the guts to print a large solid. The impressional strength of a cylinder press provides more evenness to solid areas and also has a more robust inking system.
