The Weisman demo went off real nicely. It was very nice of them to have us; thank you guys.

Not so bright and early anymore, but close enough.
Hair & Fur – The 2009 Calendar, will be available in our online store starting this Friday, and shipping the beginning of next week. If you can’t hold your horses- we’ll be hawking them tomorrow at the Weisman, otherwise hit up our store (link) on Friday and stuff some socks!
Contributing artists this year: Gunderson Jacobs, Rinzen, Clarimus, Justin Blyth, Adam Garcia and ourselves.

We’ve got another demo this Thursday night at the Weisman, and we’re cranking to get the calendar finished up so as to be available at the show. We’re going to be hauling the table-top press up there, just like the Walker demo- so you’ll be able to pull your own super limited print.
More info/pictures of the calendar as well as the print (that’s going to be free at the show) bright and early tomorrow.

A sweet little Blu Dot project were printing:
3 Form rollers + 2 Rider rollers = the inking system on our 13×18, unmatched by other Heidelberg Windmills.

It’s starting to get cold in Minneapolis. The cold does funny things to people- one of which is keeping you snapped at attention whenever out in it. While traversing the city the other day, this billboard was spotted, highlighting some letterpress work we did a while back.
Also, we’ve been featured in The Show 2008 book a couple times for some print work.

The film was excellent. The Hamilton Museum is an exceptionally beautiful place, not only in aesthetic, but in the spirit of what they are trying so hard to keep alive.

We’re going to be operating a little demo/presentation tonight at the Walker in alliance with the Typeface film premier. If you aren’t already in on it- well, get in on it.
We’re hauling our little tabletop press down there for some hot, one-on-one, woodin’ action. We’ll be giving away a card we’ve printed a base layer on (with modern polymer plate tech) and letting you throw-down on some wood type overprinting.
